OUR BACKGROUND
Faithful to the teachings of the Catholic Church, NCHA was established in 2014 by a small group of families. Since then, we have grown into more than just a community. We offer support and resources for Catholic homeschooling families. We also plan events centered around the liturgical year. WHAT WE DO
Niagara Catholic Homeschool Association members have access to the following:
Events
We plan and host events centred around the academic and liturgical calendars, such as Back to School Picnics, School Masses, Feast Day Parties, Year-end Celebration & Student Recognition, Field Trips, athletic activities and more!
Support
We offer encouragement for homeschooling in a Catholic context. We host in-person support meetings, provide HSLDA membership discounts, and have Signal groups for buying & selling curricula and other homeschool materials.
Community
We offer many community events including pilgrimages, teen activities, moms nights, family hikes, and movie nights. We also have a members-only Signal group where families can plan impromptu meet-ups, park dates, and educational outings.
